Open Access Policy

Baku State University (hereinafter referred to as BSU) is an advanced scientific, educational, and research institution aimed at serving the interests and development of the Republic of Azerbaijan. BSU's mission is to provide education, conduct research, and present scientific research outcomes to the widest possible audience in a manner that meets labor market and societal needs. To achieve its goals in education, science, innovation, internationalization, and socialization, BSU prepares globally competitive, secular, and nationally aware specialists for the international and local labor markets. By training creative, proactive, critically thinking, and independent decision-making professionals, researchers, and scientists across all levels of higher education, BSU significantly contributes to the country.
