About
The mission of PsychoSupport student club focused on psychological support is to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes mental health and well-being among its members and the broader student community. Activities are mentioned below:
Workshops and Seminars:
- Organize workshops on stress management, coping strategies, and mindfulness.
- Invite guest speakers, such as psychologists or mental health professionals, to conduct seminars on various mental health topics.
Peer Support Programs:
- Establish a peer support system where students can connect with and support each other.

Awareness Campaigns:
- Conduct awareness campaigns to reduce stigma around mental health issues.
