Baku State University is committed to promoting gender equality in higher education, in line with both national priorities and global standards. While we have institution-wide system specifically focused on tracking women's likelihood of graduating compared to men, gender parity in graduation rates has been a consistent focus. However, we regularly collect and analyze data related to academic performance, enrollment, and graduation across various demographics, including gender.

In terms of addressing any potential gaps, we are actively working to enhance gender equity by developing initiatives aimed at ensuring equal access to academic resources and support. These include mentorship programs, student services, and career development opportunities that support both female and male students equally.

Furthermore, our international partnerships and collaborations in research and higher education often prioritize gender equality. We are exploring more formalized programs to address specific gender-related challenges and ensure that any existing gaps are systematically reduced or eliminated over time.
