A career development project titled “Career Frame” has been launched for 2023–2025 graduates of Baku State University (BSU), organized by the University’s Career and Alumni Relations Center.
Within the framework of the project, the first training session was conducted by Parvana Babayeva, Career Planning Advisor at the Career and Alumni Relations Center. During the opening meeting and training, participants were provided with practical and theoretical information on career planning, the concepts of CV and resume writing, key approaches for successful applications in the labor market, and employers’ expectations. The online training, organized in an interactive format, included discussions and practical assignments.
The main objective of the project is to ensure that BSU graduates enter the labor market more prepared, strengthen their career tools, and support them in developing a clear professional roadmap. The project is primarily conducted online and includes mentorship services, practical training sessions, and networking opportunities. It should be noted that based on the results of surveys and the interview stage, 30 BSU graduates have earned the right to participate in the project.
