Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

The Psychological Support Sector of Baku State University (BSU) conducted a training session titled “Successful Communication” aimed at enhancing students’ personal development and communication skills. The training focused on improving students’ ability to communicate effectively while emphasizing the importance of body language and communication in human relationships.

Psychologist Vasif Bashirov from the Psychological Support Sector discussed the role and functions of communication in socialization, highlighting that it is not merely an exchange of information but also a key factor in building emotional connections, fostering mutual understanding, and developing healthier social relationships. He provided students with insights into the structure of effective communication and explained the critical aspects to consider at different stages of interaction.

Furthermore, the psychologist elaborated on the significance of communication skills and their impact on daily life. Participants received guidance on improving communication efficiency through active listening, asking the right questions, demonstrating empathy, and utilizing body language effectively.

The session concluded with practical exercises and an engaging discussion among participants.
