11-08-2025

“AzerGold” CJSC has announced the next Scholarship Program competition for university students studying in the mining sector.

The scholarship, established to ensure the timely provision of strategic projects with qualified personnel, will be awarded based on a competition among students from higher education institutions operating in Azerbaijan. Eligible participants are Azerbaijani citizens who are final-year undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full-time in mining engineering, geology, ecology, and metallurgical engineering during the 2025–2026 academic year. The competition consists of two stages: a written test and an interview.

According to the evaluation conducted by the Scholarship Committee of the company, the top 20 candidates with the highest scores in the test will advance to the interview stage. Each candidate’s preparedness will be assessed according to specific evaluation criteria. In the final stage, 10 students who successfully pass the competition will be awarded the scholarship. Each recipient will receive an official certificate and a monthly stipend of 200 AZN throughout the academic year. Additionally, the program provides opportunities for participants to take part in internships at “AzerGold” CJSC, with the prospect of employment in relevant positions after graduation, subject to requirements.
