Members of the "BSU Volunteers" organization participated in a training titled "Change the Paradigm", organized by the Youth Career Development Platform.

During the training, participants were provided with detailed information about the concept of paradigm, its impact on personal development and career, and the benefits of changing one’s mindset.

At the end of the session, conducted by career consultant Afsana Rahimova, participants also engaged in a group exercise related to the topic.
