Members of Baku State University’s (BSU) “BSU Volunteers” organization participated in the forum “Youth Perspectives on the Working World: Through the Eyes of Human Resources”, jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Youth Foundation, the Youth Development and Career Center, and the Azerbaijan HR Institute.

During the forum, practical topics were extensively discussed, including the main functions of the human resources field, key points in the recruitment process, effective CV preparation, and live interview simulations.

HR professionals and career advisors shared their experiences with participants. Young attendees observed the stages of the interview process firsthand and gained useful knowledge about CV writing.

The main objective of the forum was to provide youth with detailed information about labor market requirements and support their better integration into the working world.
