From May 10 to 13, students of the Faculty of History at Baku State University (BSU) took part in a production internship program at Gobustan National Historical-Artistic Reserve, the Guba Genocide Memorial Complex, the S. A. Shirvani Shamakhi Museum of History and Local Lore, and the Gabala Archaeological Center.
The internship involved 122 students majoring in History, 109 students specializing in History Teaching, as well as students from the SABAH groups of the History Teaching program. The program was supervised by the academic staff of the Department of Archaeology and Ethnography.
During the internship, students became acquainted with Azerbaijan’s historical-ethnographic and archaeological heritage, gaining in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of these invaluable cultural assets.
