An info session was held for students of the “Physics Teaching” program and master’s students specializing in “Nanoparticle Physics” from the SABAH groups of Baku State University (BSU) at the Nuclear Research Department of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency.

During the session, students were introduced to the department's ongoing modern scientific research processes and studies in the field of nuclear and material physics. They gained insights into experimental research methodologies and advanced technological equipment and participated in experiments. The students were also informed about principles of radiological safety and the applications of nuclear sciences.

In the session conducted by the department's scientists, participants took part in discussions on the boundaries of fundamental and applied physics.

The young researchers analyzed the experimental processes observed in the laboratory environment. Interactive discussions and Q&A sessions were also organized as part of the visit.
