As part of the Career Festival at Baku State University (BSU), a “Networking Session” was organized in collaboration with the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, PASHA Holding, the BSU Student Trade Union Committee, the BSU Career and Alumni Center, and the “BSU Volunteers” organization.
The session featured Fidan Khubanli, Senior Recruitment Specialist at PASHA Holding, and Zulfiya Heydarova, Administrative Assistant in Human Resources. During the event, students received detailed information about career planning, stages of the recruitment process, CV preparation, and important aspects to consider during job interviews. Participants also learned about PASHA Holding’s areas of activity, internship programs, and the career opportunities it offers for youth.
Later in the session, students presented their CVs and received personalized feedback and recommendations from the trainers. This helped them identify shortcomings in their resumes and understand the priorities of potential employers.
At the end of the session, students' questions were answered.
