Representatives of the Career and Alumni Relations Center of Baku State University (BSU) held a meeting with Aydan Hashimova, Director of “ATL Academy”, and Khanim Huseynzade, Head of the Sales Department.

The main topic of discussion was enhancing students' and alumni’s engagement with the job market, providing them with real work experience through internship programs, and increasing access to job vacancies. The meeting also included discussions on developing students’ technical skills and implementing various projects and scholarship programs in this direction.

The importance of collaboration was emphasized to train qualified specialists in line with labor market demands, facilitate youth integration into the professional world, and support their career development.
