An educational training session on “Stress and Stress Management” was held at Baku State University (BSU), organized jointly by the Psychological Assistance Sector, the Student Trade Union Committee of the Faculty of Geology, and the Student Youth Organization.
During the training conducted by psychologist Ilkanə Imran, students received detailed information about the causes of stress, its effects on the body, and effective coping strategies. The psychologist explained various breathing techniques, practical examples, and interactive activities to help manage stress. Participants were introduced to concentration exercises and emotional regulation strategies.
The session concluded with a Q&A segment, where attendees’ questions were addressed.
