The Baku State University (BSU) team, which became the winner of “TEKNOFEST-2025,” was warmly welcomed with great enthusiasm.

From September 17 to 21, our team, which successfully represented Baku State University at “TEKNOFEST-2025 Istanbul” Aerospace and Technology Festival held in Türkiye, returned home with a remarkable victory.

At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the victorious BSU TEKNOFEST team members were greeted with great celebration and joy by the university’s students and staff.

It should be noted that among 565,776 teams from 96 countries, BSU’s “BSU SSTCC” team was awarded first place in the “Barrier-Free Life Technologies” category with its project “NeuroScreen.” The project enables the reading and filtering of brain signals of paralyzed patients, providing control of various IoT-based smart home technologies, digital tools, and robot-based organs, as well as real-time monitoring and AI-based diagnosis of patients’ health conditions.

The members of our team who achieved this great success are Ilyas Nasibov, Reyhan Mirsultanova, Jamil Jafarli, and Tahir Aliyev.
