Within the framework of cooperation between Baku State University (BSU) and the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), a “TEKNOFEST Club” is being established at BSU.
The decision was approved by the BSU Scientific Council.
BSU Rector Elchin Babayev emphasized that in recent years, BSU teams have achieved significant success at TEKNOFEST — the world’s largest aerospace, aviation, and technology festival. He noted that expanding collaboration with the T3 Foundation and creating the “TEKNOFEST Club” aims to support BSU students preparing for such competitions, boost their interest in technology, enhance digital skills, promote innovation and startup culture, facilitate integration into the T3 and TEKNOFEST ecosystem, strengthen scientific and technological collaboration with relevant institutions in Türkiye, and support BSU’s innovation-oriented strategy.
This cooperation seeks to increase students' interest in technology, engineering, and scientific research. The club will organize training sessions and projects to help students improve their knowledge and skills in digital technologies, programming, artificial intelligence, robotics, and other fields. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in initiatives by the T3 Foundation, including TEKNOFEST and other international competitions. Through this club, continuous collaboration between BSU and the T3 Foundation will be established, encouraging joint projects, exchange programs, and scientific events. The “TEKNOFEST Club” aligns with the university’s strategic goals and will contribute to preparing youth for the demands of the future.
