The camp is jointly organized by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), the Azerbaijan community of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), ADA University, the Institute of Information Technologies and Methodological Support in Education of the Azerbaijan Technical University, and the “TechArena” platform. It aims to prepare teams for the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds of the ICPC for the 2025–2026 season.

Teams from higher education institutions in Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Georgia are participating in the camp. Among the 16 teams representing 14 universities, BSU's “Baku SU” team is also competing. The team consists of students Nihat Garibli, Emil Huseynov, and Miraga Aliyev, along with their coach Ismayil Zeynalov.

The main objective of the camp is to enhance the knowledge and skills of talented students from leading regional universities in the field of programming, promote experience sharing, and provide structured preparation opportunities for ICPC competitions.

By actively participating in this prestigious camp, the BSU team once again demonstrates the university’s commitment to higher technical education and its emphasis on regional and international cooperation in the field of digital development.
