12 international students to study at BSU under Intergovernmental Scholarship Programs

For the 2025/2026 academic year, 62 foreign nationals have been granted the opportunity to study in Azerbaijani higher education institutions under the Intergovernmental Scholarship Programs (ISP). Among them, 12 students—including 9 from the People’s Republic of China, 1 from Kazakhstan, 1 from Tajikistan, and 1 from Kyrgyzstan—will pursue their studies at Baku State University (BSU).

These international students will enroll in BSU programs in International Relations, World Economy, Philology, Social Psychology, and Social-Psychological Services in Education.
