Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

Baku State University's (BSU) Psychological Support Department held a training session titled "New You with Boundaries" for students.

Ilkana Mansumova, a psychologist from the department, provided detailed information to the participants about personal boundaries, methods for setting healthy boundaries, and their role in interpersonal relationships. The psychologist emphasized the significant impact of properly establishing boundaries on emotional well-being and relationships.

The students' questions regarding the discussed topic were answered by the psychologist, and they were taught strategies that could be used to establish healthy boundaries in everyday life. Additionally, books related to the topic were recommended for further reading.
