The “Career Path – 2” project, implemented for first- to third-year students on the initiative of the Career and Alumni Relations Center of Baku State University (BSU), has been successfully concluded.
Within the framework of the project, 28 students were selected based on preliminary interviews. The participants attended training sessions on “Career Planning,” “Self-Discovery,” “Labor Market Research,” “Setting SMART Goals,” “Effective CV/Resume Writing,” “Interview Preparation,” and “Creating a LinkedIn Profile.” They took part in interactive discussions, group work, and practical assignments.
As part of the project, each student had a professionally prepared CV and a LinkedIn profile developed. The program enabled participants to identify their potential, define their personal and professional goals, analyze labor market dynamics, become familiar with digital and traditional job search methods, and gain hands-on experience through interview and recruitment process simulations.
At the closing ceremony, all 28 participants who demonstrated high performance were awarded certificates.
