Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

On September 27, 2025, the Physics Faculty of Baku State University (BSU) organized a commemorative event dedicated to the Memorial Day of September 27 to honor the memory of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s liberation and territorial integrity. The program brought together faculty members and students to pay tribute to the courage, dedication, and selflessness of those who gave their lives in service to the nation.

The event began with a moment of silence and the national anthem, followed by speeches emphasizing the significance of remembering martyrs and their legacy. Speakers highlighted the values of patriotism, national unity, and resilience that define the Azerbaijani people. During the program, participants reflected on the struggles faced by the country and the ultimate triumphs achieved through determination and sacrifice.

In addition to speeches, the event featured cultural segments aimed at strengthening students’ understanding of national history and the importance of honoring those who defended the homeland. The gathering served both as a solemn commemoration and as an expression of gratitude to the martyrs whose sacrifices have shaped Azerbaijan’s future.
