Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

On October 22, 2025, upon the initiative of the Student Youth Organization (TGT) of the History Faculty at Baku State University, first-year students visited the Azerbaijan Independence Museum. The excursion included participation in a special exhibition and a visit to the Mobile Museum titled “The Gallipoli Battles through фронт photographs”, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the Gallipoli Campaign.

The main objective of the excursion was to increase students’ interest in national history, strengthen the spirit of freedom and heroism, and contribute to a deeper understanding of the shared historical heritage of Azerbaijan and the Turkic world. During the visit, students received detailed information about the history of the Gallipoli Battles, became acquainted with period photographs and exhibits, and gained valuable historical insights.

At the end of the program, students were presented with gifts by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye. This initiative holds significant importance in fostering young people’s interest in history and instilling national and moral values.
