Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

An online meeting was held between the Career and Alumni Center of Baku State University (BSU) and representatives of “HRENGINEERING” LLC.

The meeting was attended by Gunel Gurbanova, Head of the Career Planning Department of the Center; Ilkin Sharifov, Senior Specialist; Aynur Mirzezade, CEO of “HRENGINEERING” LLC; and PR Manager Nigar Bilalova.

In her remarks, Gunel Gurbanova emphasized that the main mission of the Center is to support the professional development of students and graduates and to create favorable conditions for them to build successful careers. She noted that various trainings and infosessions are organized in this direction, partnerships with employers are being expanded, and beneficial projects are offered to students and alumni.

CEO of “HRENGINEERING” LLC, Aynur Mirzezade, provided detailed information about the company’s operations. She stated that since 2012, “HRENGINEERING” has been engaged in building sustainable human resources systems and enhancing workforce potential. She highlighted that the company operates in areas such as training, recruitment, organizational transformation, project management, and consulting services.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for implementing joint training programs in fields such as human resources management, leadership and personal development, finance and accounting, sales and marketing, and information technologies. It was also noted that within the company’s “Career Consultancy” project, trainings on topics such as “Introduction to Career Planning,” “CV and Cover Letter Preparation,” “Interview Skills,” and “Personal Brand Building” are planned to be conducted.

At the end of the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on expanding cooperation and implementing joint initiatives aimed at supporting the professional development of BSU students and graduates.
