A working meeting was held between representatives of the Career and Alumni Center of Baku State University (BSU) and the State Reserves Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss cooperation opportunities aimed at strengthening students’ and graduates’ readiness for the labor market, enhancing their practical skills, and supporting their integration into real working environments within the public sector.
During the meeting, representatives of the Career and Alumni Center provided detailed information about the Center’s activities, services offered to students and graduates, ongoing projects, and future development directions. They also outlined potential areas of collaboration focused on professional skills development, including strategic management and logistics, mentorship programs, crisis management, and digitalization.
Representatives of the State Reserves Agency positively evaluated the proposed areas of cooperation. The discussions covered the organization of specialized masterclasses with the participation of ADEA experts, the establishment of thematic project groups involving students and graduates, and the implementation of joint practical projects.
Both parties emphasized that such collaboration would significantly contribute to the professional development of students and graduates and expand career opportunities within the public sector.
