Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

A meeting was held with students of Baku State University (BSU) who have been awarded the Presidential Scholarship.

The Rector of Baku State University, Elchin Babayev, met with students who were awarded the Presidential Scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Rector congratulated the students on becoming members of the BSU family and on being awarded the Presidential Scholarship due to the high results they achieved in the university entrance examinations, wishing them continued success. He noted:
“Being one of the 102 individuals awarded the Presidential Scholarship is a great source of pride. This is the beginning of the achievements you will attain in life. You have earned this high distinction through hard work and dedication, and it is in your hands to maintain it. I am confident that each of you will receive a high-quality education, grow into a professional specialist, and contribute to the development of our country.”

Rector Elchin Babayev emphasized that BSU graduates достойly represent Azerbaijan on the global stage and highlighted that the University’s greatest graduate is the National Leader Heydar Aliyev. He also encouraged students to be active not only in their academic studies but also in the social and public life of BSU.

It should be noted that among the young people awarded the Presidential Scholarship for the 2025/2026 academic year, 16 are students of Baku State University.
