Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

Rector of Baku State University (BSU), Elchin Babayev, met with the international students studying at BSU within the framework of the “Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant” program for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Rector congratulated the foreign students on becoming members of the BSU community and wished them success in their academic journey. He provided detailed information about the University’s academic environment, scientific activities, international partnerships, and student life. He emphasized that the educational and social needs of international students are always a priority for the University’s leadership. The Rector also expressed confidence that the knowledge and experience gained at BSU will play an important role in their future careers.

Elchin Babayev inquired about the students’ academic and living conditions, as well as their impressions of the country. He listened to their opinions and suggestions, encouraging them to be active not only in academic studies but also in the social and public life of the University.
