On the eve of November 8 – Victory Day, the board members and active participants of the Student Scientific Society (SSS) of the Ecology and Soil Science Faculty of Baku State University visited the Military Memorial Cemetery (formerly known as the Second Alley of Martyrs) in Baku.
During the visit, the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan was honored with a minute of silence. Prayers were offered for their souls, and flowers were laid at their graves.
As part of the commemorative event, first-year faculty student Fatima Mirzazada recited the poem “For the Martyrs...,” dedicated to the fallen heroes.
