An information session titled “Advantages of Civil Service, Reforms, and Future Prospects” was organized at Baku State University (BSU) by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (MLSPP).
The event was attended by Elshad Aliyev, Deputy Head of the Civil Service and Human Resources Department of the MLSPP Apparatus; Hasanaga Huseynov, Chief Adviser of the same department; Ramin Samedov, Head of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs and Youth Policy of BSU; department staff members; as well as fourth-year undergraduate students and master’s students from various faculties.
Ramin Samedov emphasized the importance of raising awareness about the advantages of civil service in higher education institutions, noting that such initiatives play a significant role in the professional development of young people.
Elshad Aliyev provided detailed information on the activities and projects implemented to promote and encourage civil service within the framework of the “Action Plan for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy for 2020–2025,” approved by a Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
Subsequently, Chief Adviser Hasanaga Huseynov delivered a presentation to undergraduate and master’s students on the current state of civil service, ongoing reforms, and future strategic plans in this field.
The information session continued with discussions and a Q&A segment addressing questions from students and master’s students.
