Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

A seminar titled “Gender‑Sensitive Approach in Media: Practical Tools for Journalists” was held at the Faculty of Journalism of Baku State University (BSU), organized by the Student Youth Organization (TGT). The session was led by journalist Mədinə İlham, who guided participants through practical strategies for promoting gender equality in media, preventing gender stereotypes, and applying gender‑sensitive practices in everyday journalistic work. Attendees discussed the use of gender‑sensitive language, maintaining balance in news preparation, source selection, visual representations of gender, and ethical principles in reporting, with real media examples and interactive exercises.
