Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

A training session on “Labour Market Requirements” was held at Baku State University (BSU) within the framework of the specialized Career Fair “Bridge to a Professional Future”, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of our nation’s historic Victory. The event was jointly organized by the BSU Career and Alumni Relations Center and the Eastern Zangazur Regional Employment Branch of the State Employment Agency (SEA).

The training, delivered by Arzu Khalilova, Senior Specialist at the State Employment Agency, aimed to introduce students and graduates to the dynamics of the labour market, employers’ expectations, emerging profession trends, and key aspects of career planning.

Participants were also provided with recommendations on developing effective adaptation strategies to new labour market demands, building a strong personal brand, and preparing high-quality CVs and motivation letters.

At the end of the session, students’ questions were answered.
