An online training session titled “Effective LinkedIn Profile Development” was conducted at Baku State University (BSU) within the framework of the “Career Frame” project organized by the University’s Career and Alumni Relations Center. The training was delivered by Mikayil Taghiyev, a representative of the Mentorship and Development Department of the State Employment Agency of Azerbaijan.
During the session, participants were introduced to key principles of structuring an effective LinkedIn profile, including insights into how HR professionals and employers evaluate profiles, as well as practical guidance on building a strong professional online presence. Drawing on real-life examples from mentorship and development practices, the trainer emphasized the role of a well-developed LinkedIn profile in expanding career opportunities.
The session concluded with a Q&A segment addressing participants’ inquiries.
It should be noted that “Career Frame” is a career development initiative designed for BSU graduates of 2023–2025. The project aims to enhance graduates’ readiness for the labor market, support the development of their professional competencies, and assist in effective career planning.
