Sustainable Development Goals at Baku State University.

A study tour was organized to the Vegetable Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture by members of the “BDU Volunteers” organization representing the Faculties of Ecology & Soil Science and Geography at Baku State University (BSU).

During the visit, the Institute’s Scientific Secretary, Afaq Rəcəbli, provided the students with detailed information about the institution’s activities, main research directions, and scientific achievements.

Students closely observed the scientific research processes conducted in various departments and laboratories of the Institute.

At the end of the excursion, participants visited the greenhouse of the Greenhouse Vegetable Growing Department. Here, newly developed tomato and cucumber varieties created by the Institute’s researchers were presented to the students.
