Baku State University (BSU), through its Psychological Support Unit in cooperation with the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, organized a training session for students entitled “Psychological Resilience.”
The main objective of the training was to enhance students’ psychological well-being by strengthening stress management skills, emotional regulation, and the development of resilient behavioral models in challenging life situations.
During the session, Vasif Bashirov, psychologist of the Psychological Support Unit, provided detailed information on the core components of psychological resilience. He elaborated on topics such as self-awareness, positive thinking, the importance of social support, effective use of university resources, flexible approaches to problem-solving, and self-care strategies.
The training featured discussions based on real-life examples, interactive engagement with students, responses to participants’ questions, and practical recommendations on applying psychological resilience skills in everyday life.
