BSU joins new eco-initiative for paper recycling

Baku State University has joined a new environmental project on paper waste recycling, organized by Azersun Kagiz ve Karton Istehsalat Korporasiyasi MMC with the initiative of the “BSU Volunteers” organization.

The project encourages students and staff to contribute to environmental sustainability by recycling unused paper materials. Participants can dispose of old, crumpled, written, or otherwise unusable paper waste in specially designated collection boxes across the university campus, supporting their reprocessing and reuse.

Collection points are located at:

Academic Building No. 2, 1st floor (entrance)
Academic Building No. 3, 1st floor (entrance)
Main academic building, 4th floor (in front of the Scientific Library)
Main academic building, 3rd floor (in front of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs and Youth Policy)
Academic Building No. 3, 4th floor (BSU Volunteers room)
Main academic building, 1st floor (in front of the Student Trade Union Committee room)
Main academic building, 1st floor (in front of the Student Youth Organization room)
In front of the dean’s offices of all faculties
