09-04-2026

A training session titled “Personal Boundaries and Emotional Well-being” was held at Baku State University (BSU), organized by the University’s Psychological Support Sector.

Alongside students from various faculties, the Head of the Psychological Center of Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi, Associate Professor Boboyor Turayev, also participated in the training.

During the session, sector psychologist Ilkana Mansumova provided participants with detailed information on the theoretical foundations of personal boundaries, healthy and unhealthy boundary models, assertive communication skills, and the key components of emotional well-being. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants gained a deeper understanding of the topic.

Throughout the training, participants developed practical skills in recognizing, expressing, and applying personal boundaries in their daily lives, and were introduced to effective strategies for maintaining emotional well-being.

The training concluded with an exchange of ideas and a Q&A session. Such awareness-raising initiatives contribute significantly to strengthening psychological well-being within the university environment, fostering a culture of healthy communication, and promoting international experience exchange.
