Students of Baku State University (BSU) who are pursuing degrees in various fields have successfully completed the selection stages of SOCAR's "Young Talents Program" and earned the right to participate. These students include Nurtac Khalilova and Aysel Allahverdiyeva, who are enrolled in the "Law" program; Fidan Mahmudova, Saida Akhundlu, Nubar Mustafayeva, and Ulkar Mirzəzade, who are studying "Chemical Engineering"; and Fidan Aliyeva, a student in "Geology and Geophysics Engineering."

During the internship, the students will be engaged in practical experience at enterprises within SOCAR's structure.

The program offers young participants the opportunity to attend training sessions designed to enhance their professional knowledge and skills, gain practical experience, and benefit from a specified stipend over a five-month period. At the end of the program, high-performing and promising individuals will have the opportunity to secure employment based on their demonstrated expertise.

SOCAR's "Young Talents Program" is designed to support the development of young Azerbaijani citizens who are studying at various universities in Azerbaijan and abroad. The program targets individuals who are eager to learn, interested in enhancing their professional skills and knowledge, entrepreneurial, capable of working in teams, passionate about their field, and possess high-level expertise.
