A young scientist of Baku State University (BSU) conducts research on green energy production. "Molecular-dynamic modeling of the stability of MAPbX3 (X=I-, CL-, BR-) structures as solar cells" co-authored by Lala Kahramanli, the leading researcher of the Nanoresearch laboratory of the Excellence Center for Research, Development and Innovations of BSU. -dynamics modeling of structural stability of MAPbX3 (X=I-, CL-, BR-) as solar cells elements") was published in "Ovonic Research" magazine (IF: 1.165).

Methods of formation of hybrid organic/inorganic perovskite structures in the form of thin layers and their stability were studied. A molecular dynamics simulation approach was used to conduct a theoretical analysis of materials based on MAPbX3 (X=I-, CL-, BR-) hybrid organic/inorganic perovskites. In the research work, the flexible and rigid joint models of perovskites were analyzed in detail with various modeling methods, as well as the effect of the thermal process on the structure.
