Baku State University's Ecology and Soil Science faculty students Nijat Hasanov and Fidan Ganiyeva led the "Ekonəfəs" project that won the networking meeting organized by the Youth Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan and "Supporting Youth Education" Public Union. At the meeting, young people presented the projects they wanted to implement within the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" to the experts as a team. The "Ekonəfəs" team, led by BSU students, won the first place among the 8 teams that submitted a project proposal and received a prize of 3000 manats. The main goal of the project, which will be held under the slogan "Ekonəfəs", is to increase environmental literacy among young people.
