The BSU Volunteers held a training session on the Sustainable Development Goals at the College of Economics and Humanities under Baku State University (BSU).
The interactive training session on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) was organized by the BSU Volunteers Organization for the students of the College of Economics and Humanities under BSU, specifically for those from the Faculty of International Relations and Economics.
During the training, Qasim Khalilov, the head of the BSU Volunteers for the Faculty of International Relations and Economics, discussed the importance of environmental and climate framework conferences, the role of sustainable development goals, and the significance of COP29 held in our country. Following this, Qasim Khalilov and Fidan Kerimli, as trainers, provided detailed information on the goals.
At the end of the training, students were divided into groups, and in the interactive section, they worked on group tasks. Presentations were made on solving various problems using the SDGs.
The participating students showed their support under the slogan "Join for Sustainable Development!" and were awarded certificates.
