Categories of Privileged Persons Exempted from Education Costs

1. Persons with the Status of Forcibly Displaced Persons:

Individuals who have been forced to leave their homes due to conflict, violence, or natural disasters and hold official recognition as displaced persons.

2. Persons Deprived of Parental Care:

Children and young adults who have lost one or both parents and are under the guardianship of the state or registered care organizations.

Orphans and individuals living in foster care or state-run orphanages.

3. Persons with Disabilities:

Individuals with physical, sensory, intellectual, or mental impairments that may hinder their participation in educational activities on an equal basis with others.

Holders of official disability status or certification from recognized medical authorities.

4. Persons with the Status of Family of Martyrs:

Immediate family members of individuals who have lost their lives in the line of duty, serving the nation or contributing to the country’s security and stability.

5. Children of Martyrs and War Invalids:

Offspring of those who have been declared martyrs or have become physically or mentally disabled due to war-related activities.

6. War Veterans:

Individuals who have served in military operations, conflicts, or peacekeeping missions and hold official veteran status.
