Baku State University (BSU) actively collaborates with the local community through various partnerships in efforts to maintain and protect shared land ecosystems. These collaborations often focus on preserving the unique ecosystems of Azerbaijan, such as its forests, mountains, and coastal areas, which are rich in biodiversity but face environmental pressures. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources' Biological Diversity Protection Service conducted an informative session at Baku State University (BSU). Akif Aghbabali, the dean of BSU's Faculty of Ecology and Soil Science, emphasized the recent successful partnership with ETSN. This collaboration has facilitated practical experiences for students in various ministry units, and joint environmental cleanup efforts have been undertaken along coastal areas.
