On February 2, the opening ceremony of "Sumgayıt - Youth Capital 2025" was held, organized jointly by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Sumgayit City Executive Power. During the ceremony, Narmin Heydarova, the chairperson of the "BDU Volunteers" organization, was awarded the "Youth of the Year" prize.

Narmin Heydarova was also awarded an Honorary Diploma by the Baku City Youth and Sports Department for her active participation in the implementation of the state youth policy.
