The second "Maarifchi" student-graduate internship program, implemented with the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Education and supported by the Education Development Fund, has been completed by 10 participants, two of whom are graduates of Baku State University (BSU).
Cavid Baghirov, a graduate of the Department of "Sustainable Development Management" from the Faculty of Geography at BSU, has been employed in the Strategic Planning and Analysis Department of the Ministry, while Nazrin Manafova, a graduate of the SABAH groups' "Geography Teaching" program from the same faculty, has been assigned to the Department of Quality Control for Additional Education Services at the Teacher Development Professional Center of the Education Institute.
The second "Maarifchi" program, which lasted for 3 months and provided internship opportunities within the Ministry of Science and Education and its subordinate institutions, was successfully completed by 35 individuals, 12 of whom are BSU graduates. The aim of the program was to develop human resources in the field of science and education, enhance the field-specific knowledge and skills of students and graduates through practical activities, familiarize them with modern approaches in education, and support the implementation of educational reforms.
It should be noted that in the first "Maarifchi" student-graduate internship program held last year, 9 participants successfully completed the program and began their professional activity within the structures of the Ministry of Science and Education, three of whom were graduates of BSU.
