Field training internships have commenced at Baku State University.
In accordance with the academic curriculum, graduating undergraduate students from the Faculties of Geography, Ecology and Soil Science, and Biology have begun their field training internships in Quba District as of 3 June. During the internship, students will study the physical and economic geography of the region, hydrometeorological conditions, tourism and recreation potential, and various sectors of economic activity. They will also gain knowledge about the local population, landscapes, water resources, soil characteristics, and vegetation cover.
In addition, graduating undergraduate students of the Faculty of History are scheduled to undertake their educational internship beginning on 3 June at Gobustan National Historical and Artistic Reserve and the Quba Genocide Memorial Complex.
