As part of activities dedicated to International Children’s Day on 1 June, Baku State University (BSU), at the initiative of the “BSU Volunteers” organization, hosted an informational tour for the staff and children of the “Shams” Kindergarten.
Within the framework of the visit, a drawing masterclass was organized for the children. During the session, the participants demonstrated their creativity by drawing illustrations of their favorite cartoon characters.
The program continued with a musical performance presented by BSU’s Culture and Creativity Center. Children enjoyed a variety of musical numbers, including “Chick-Chick My Chicks,” “My Doll,” “Tig-Tig Khanum,” and “We Are a Friendly Family,” and also recited poems.
The kindergarten group subsequently visited several BSU museums. The children toured the Heydar Aliyev Museum, the Evolution Museum, and the Museum of Mineral Resources, where they became acquainted with a wide range of exhibits and learned more about the University’s educational and cultural heritage.
